22 years of UPS, climbing up and down stairs, climbing in and out of the truck, walking everywhere. I banged it once and when I got X-Rays, was told I had arthritis.
My most recent visit was August of 05, doc said to lose weight and exercise, I guess none out of two ain't bad huh?
