This morning, I had slightly blurred vision in the left eye and started to get worried. I called my eye specialist at NY Eye, Ear and Throat Infirmary (also a client/account) and got in on a last minute appointment.

It turns out the hemorrhaging has returned in my left eye. Before I really didn't notice it but now I did. The pressure in my left eye is high, causing slight dizzy spells; sporadic tunnel vision;temporary loss of peripheral vision. All this because the hemmorhaging is at the part of the retina where the optic nerve connects to the eye and also some other areas key to our eye sight.

Doctor has given me medication to help control the hemorrhaging and told me to limit my driving till the symptoms go away. What's good this time is that there is no threat of a separation of my retina (like what happened before). It can be handled with medication but I have to be very strict with my blood sugar and blood pressure. Either one can set off more hemorrhaging branches in my eye.

Ok, that's it ... that's my story. I;m hungry,I'm gonna order a pizza.

Wow! Jeremy, I'm so sorry to hear that. I pray everything will be okay for you...

OH, speaking of the t-shirt run, if I can't get my brother to drive the Z (and my ***) for the run, can I hitch a ride with someone? I'm just hoping the doc gives me the ok to drive by then.

Damn Jeremy, well, at least it isn't as bad as last time. Hopefully, with the medication and a strict diet, your eye will slowly get better. Watch those sweets man!!!

Well, I'm not big on sweets. That's a good thing since I am diabetic. It's the carbs that I have to watch out for. Being Filipino, rice is a big part of the daily diet. I barely eat rice now but carbs are my enemy! Literally. I forgot how it comes about but carbs will also make my sugar go up. That's why I didn't drink anything but water and diet sodas when we went to hooters.
