I kinda like a new yawk accent , my mother had one . Born and raised in manhatten . I use to love it when she said oil it always came out as erl

Some take both front and back pics. But I think they take the front to get the registration or inspection information off the windshield, not necessarily for the front plate. I have seen on TV portable speed cameras in a van that take the pic from the front.
