Default Back in the saddle again.

I finally got my car back this week, and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with how it drives now. ECS took great care of me and I can't say enough about how appreciative I am.

Now its' time to try and make some of these great events the NE crew strings together...maybe Mojo's Crab trip?

if you've forgotten how to drive a stick I could beat up your NA car instead of my forced induction for a few days I'm willing to bet in your vehicle's absence you'll quickly remember how to operate the stick.

Ike,

The decision was made to "de-cam" the car. I learned that sometimes bigger is not necessarly better. While putting a smaller cam did bring down rwhp ever so slightly (to 540) the rwtq jumped from 490 to 510, and the driveability is...well, enjoyable now. Trust me, as an N/A street car which will be raced on occaision, it suits me just fine.

As a very driveable N/A street car, it has plenty of umph...the low to mid-range torque is quite nice. Of course, to be really fast I'll eventaully need to make that leap of faith into the FI world.

Thanks, Scooter.

Sorry I missed your fun run yesterday, but I was invited to attend the Neptune Ball at the Snug Harbor Cultural Arts Center on Staten Island. For those of you who live in the metro area, this place is a real gem...and the botonical gardens there are beautiful.
