I ended up staying at the Go-carts. But this year Frank is going to fnd a bigger and better track.
I love go karting. I don't think I'll ever be able to get her on a go kart ever again though after that connecticut incident where she spun out and I rammed her head on and chipped her tooth.

It wasn't my fault. She bumped into someone and spun out and came to a standstill. I had already lapped her twice and wasn't expecting her to be near me when, after taking a hairpin turn at full throttle, I see her looking straight at me with her eyes bugging out as I slammed right into her. I felt horrible afterwards, luckily, other than the chipped tooth, she was alright.
Like I mentioned before, she's not into speed, she's doesn't even have her license yet because she still can't get over her fear of traffic even though she drives pretty well. I really pushed her to go on that karting event that day and then that happened. The Blessing of the vettes event was the first event for her since that incident. Maybe I can get her to join me on more events now since she had a good time at this one.

Driving with you, I can understand her fear (j/k) ... just tell her to stick with me and I'll watch her back
BTW - I just peeked into my living room and it looks like a college dorm... everyone squahed on my coach watching tv with pizza boxes all over the place
