There's always 2 piles in a dorm, stinky and funky ... stinky can be reused (fbreeze it!) funky we take back to mom. I never had that problem. I did the laundry, just hated folding so I had 3 piles, just washed ... stinky ... funky.

Folding is the worst part for sure.
We used to have a washer and dryer in the frat house and were pretty good about doing our own laundry instead of taking it home to mom, but we had to get rid of it because Andy left a load of wet clothes in it over Christmas vacation once, and we could never get the mold smell out of it. Took us 2 terms to build up enough spare cash to buy a replacement!
