This is just for you two...no one else can read this...

I spoke with Nuky and she sounds great...almost like her old self...almost. She's in some pain but is pretty much off the pain killers except at night so she can sleep. I'm going to try to stop by tomorrow if she's up for it. I'll keep you posted if she still doesn't come on the forum. As I said earlier, she must be feeling a lot better because she is starting to talk and worry about her car.

I spent a couple of hours in court trying to stay awake listening to opening arguments. One lawyer lied more than the next. The side I'm on doesn't have a lawyer...she's pro se...and quite well versed.

I left the cuffs...did you get a chance to use them.

they are gm.....as far as I know..they're factory if thats what you're asking...they are the factory 02 Z color...I will be painting them tomorrow....hope that turns out

However Charlie...I have some good news if you're looking for black caps that fit OEM.....Midamerica Part number.....603-167 20 piece Black lug nut covers fits 85-87, 90-96, 00-04.

Is that what you're looking for?

Yes!! I am going to use the stock lugs on my new wheels. I have a 2002 Z also. If I knew for sure that painting them would last, I'd do that. I'll take a look at the MidAmerica numbers you gave me and decide what I will do. Thanks so much.

I've imagine that an epoxy paint with a flex agent added should do the trick. Even if you can't get a perfect color match to the body (if that's what you're going for), the rims and tires in between should be enough that no-one would notice.
