To all are new NYC friends, Sue and I don't know how to begin to thank you all for last night. your hospitality, fellowship and good humor made us feel right at home...we can't thank you enough. (We ended up driving home today because the car was still spewing alot of water inside so I just wanted to get her home...the car, not Sue Had to cover the blower motor with a microfibre cloth and stop every hour or so and ring it out...but that story is for another day)

We really appreciated everyone coming out and running with us...and a big thanks to Alex and Shermon for making it happen so quickly. You all truly put an exclamation mark on our vacation in NYC. And it was great to finally meet some of you that I have been talking to online for these past few months.

And Barry, what can we say...we were floored by your generosity and friendship...it was very much appreciated and will not be forgotten. And if we ever need someone to run block for us during our cruises up here, I'll be sure to import you for the weekend If New Yorkers weren't messin' with ya, you'll do just fine up here

You folks have something real special down there and its great to see the Corvette spirit alive and well...you all are great ambassadors for our hobby.

If any of you need anything in Canada...and I mean anything, you all have one big favour waiting for you north of the border.

Happy 4th to all you and hope to see you soon (maybe we hook up for a beer in Carlisle )

With sincere appreciation,

Mo & Sue

We would love to see you up here

I am going to Carlisle with about 15 of the CFCE crew but most of us are running solo...but like I said in the other thread, I'll definately try and track the NYC crew down for a beer

Now as far as the Stanley Cup goes, I really don't think there's any real threat coming from Toronto anytime soon

I can't believe you were so traumatized by us that you cut your vacation short!!! No need to blame it on the car. We're used to people fleeing after meeting us
It was really nice meeting you and Sue, and I'm glad you had a good time in NYC. I'll definitely look you up when I come to Toronto to visit my family there.

Ya, I'm busted...after meeting you all last night, you folks scared the bejesus out of us and we high tailed it out of the city the first chance we had

On a serious nnote, we look forward to returning the hospitality

BTW, thought you and the other C5 folks might find this interesting regarding my water problem...
