We are building a 30 X 40 garage, got the foundation finished and all the backfill put in yesterday so that its ready to have the stuff done for the inspection before they pour the pad.

Lost power three times so far this afternoon, everytime I go the garage to start the generator,it comes back on. Most excersize I've had in two months. but this dieting plan i'm on is fantastic, eat as much as you want, anytime you want. I've lost 2lbs in three years. allows the body to adjust to the weight loss slowly.

I just got ABUSED!!!!!!!
free fitness assessment...so I took it at LA Fitness where i joined. The lady trainer said she was going to have fun with me....little did i know.
I told her i don't do cardio and don't do legs...so that's where she took it. SHe abused me big time....pushups after every set...got punished for dropping the weight too hard....
in the end...I THREW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

at the end of the workout, she tried to cajole me into paying her...talking at the desk...i pointed to the garbage..and said- you see that???? then walked calmly to the bathroom...and threwwww uppp hahaa
