I usually stay at Mackey, or Dennis's house, however after racing Fri. night, I stayed at my cousins house.. Now ya ready for this :D
He lives on TEXAS Rd. I slept until 8:00 am :) and was at the track by 8:20..
In fact I had to drive around the track parking lot a little to get the oil temp over 150 deg....
I know its tough, but I'm "Old" and dont have the energy you kids have :D

What a friggin day for me. For all of us waiting 2 hours for our first timeshot, I could have slept till 10:00 and still made my two runs.

The track is about 2 minutes off Texas Road.... it might be too close if you like to sleep in the morning or go to bed early - the cars can be heard quite easily, particularly if the wind is in the right direction.

Even better, imagine sleeping to the roar of big blocks, those tapes with rain and jungle noises are nothing compared to that! I'll sleep like a baby!

If you hit that development, I pass on the way down to E-Town, I take Texas road myself, from Route 9 - you're lookin' at a 7 minute trip to track :D:D:D - Good, you can win next's year's CC - you're as close as Alan from Manalapan , who drives that Red Z06.
