Do you guys have trouble with ricers car clubs? There's one in hillside called Maxx'd out. (remember the ricer forum I referred bout before :D , it's there's)

You are a cop in newark right? I usually drive around the NJIT area if EVER... so if there's a black C4 it might be me, or someone else stealing my car! I say you pull me over anyway for the hell of it, just to make sure.
