I know alot of you want the bar open again. It's never going to happen if you start free posting in every thread here in the NE.

If it is ever open again maybe you'll listen to Frank has said time and time again what works and what won't work. It's alot of work to edit thread after thread like I do on an import site.

Default Bar Threads/NE Section/Free Posts (MERGED)

There's been alot of controversy over the Northeast Bar threads lately. Their merritt was endlessly debated but it was ultimately decided that they would be given one more chance. Consider it the final chance. This is it. Anyone screws around and the bars will be gone forever.

The rules to the bars have always been very easy to follow. Other than a couple of unique rules, they are the same rules that the Corvette Forum asks everyone to comply with. No circumventing the forum censors, no street racing talk, no raunchy pics, no gross pics, no links to sites that have adult content. Finally, no tuner war debates, no personal insults.

The bars are here for everyone to enjoy and to keep the Event threads from getting hijacked with everyday talk. Please try to comply with these rules in order to keep the Northeast section organized and a place for everyone to enjoy.

It would help if we could have some kind of explanation when corretive action is taken, so we can all learn from the experience.

Pewter99 is right, although I've sent pm's to the majority of Bar Posters with a list of specific rules to make things perfectly clear. Every Bar thread has a list of main rules as well as a link to all the main Corvette Forum rules that everyone is expected to comply with when they participate in any thread on this site including the bar threads.
