I would also like to say that I thought it was an EXCELLENT show with a great turnout especially being its first year. I cannot wait until next year now that people know about it. Great cause too.

The event yesterday was more than we could have hoped for. The weather turned outto be beautiful day ( Chip must have been smiling down )..We had a total of 170 cars come from 5 different states..from as far away as Pittsburgh and from new York...These cars represented 18 different corvette clubs. At the end of the day ken Woodcock and I presented lance with a check for $2,500.00 for the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation. With this event only 24 hours old, we are already working on next years event. Watch for a show Flyer with the dates to be determined, but most likely it will be in early Novemeber. I noticed smiles on everyones face yesterday..a wonderful Chines Auction brought in BIG $$$$ as did the Lithograph. Everyone pitched in and it sre was a total team Effort. When I was giving out the trophies yesterday, I paused for a few brief seconds and looked around at the faces of the 300+ people who were in attendance and thought.." what a wonderful thing all of us are doing to keep Chip Miilers Legacy alive"!!.. This show, as Lance has alluded to is one that has the makings of a tremendous season ending event each year. It was great meeting folks and Hopefully the show was to everyones expectations. we will work throughout the year to make next years show even better!!! Thanks to all of you who attended. We couldn't have had the great time we did yesterday with you..

This was a very good event Bruce. Probably the best that I have been to.

i know that Andy and Ken put in TONS of hours planning and organizing this show since the spring so they we be glad to hear that everyone enjoyed it.
We all did notice a lot of smiles throughout the day so that was a good sign.....

Based on our experience with the show yeaterday I know that a lot of new ideas have formed on how to improve it for next year. We hope to see it grow and just get bigger and better. And YOU, of all people, shouldn't ever miss it considering how close it is for you!
