Thanks to Bill (69TTop502) and Chris the new (to me) hood is on the car.
The alignment isnt the best quite yet, but I made a post on the C3 forum in an attempt to get some ideas on how to line it up better. Here are a couple of pics!
I love the view over the hood now!
I like it!!!! What do you think???
If I'm going to run around with this big bump in my hood...I must get this thing in the 12's!!!!
Mike, I don't know if this will help you or not. Go to http://www.ccdv.com. Register on the bulliten board ... go to members and e-mail Don Lemek.. He has built and restored C-3's. (runs a pro street 65) If you don't get a response E me and I'll give you his phone number. Bill

Re: L-88 Hood Pics... (Mike69)
I am considering putting a couple of stripes on it and maybe even a ZZ4 emblem. I gotta get it to fit right but it's definately a possiability!
My favorite 69 other than the one that lives in my garage is the yellow ZL-1, that's the stripe you should do          :chevy

Mike on the fitment of it. When I saw it at etown I thought when you replaced the rad support thta maybe the nose slipped down some. That might be all it is. I'll send you my Assembly manual so you can see the adjustment procedure. :chevy :chevy :chevy :chevy

Have I told you "YOURE DA MAN" today!?!?! :D
Mike, just get about 3 or 4 gallons of bondo and build your soround panel up to match, paint yellow and your done.
Seriously, it could be when you put the rad support in. If your soround panel drops when putting in a rad support won't your headlight be out of alignment?
