BEAR MOUNTAIN POEM
We all met at a rest stop on the Garden state parkway....
where Eldiablo mapped out the agenda for the day.
Yes that was me .. Oh yes it was a very special occasion.......
It was sooo relaxing it felt like a mini vacation.
I had a great time flying through those twisty turns...
Purging the NOS and feeling it burn.
Round and round the mountain we drove with no fear...
until one of us got struck by a deer.
The driver was ok but the car was quite battered...
but he finished the tour which was all that mattered.
El diablo had us pull over to take some pics....
When all of a sudden c5 pig screamed TICKS TICKS TICKS!!
We got out of cars to check ourselves out....
All of us were tick free so we continued our route.
Their were 18 of us cruising and one car stood out,
it was the "clown shoe" viper weaving in and out.
At the the bear mountain inn we stopped to eat.....
we stuffed our faces then the day was complete.
Some of us drove home slow and some of us fast....
but the main thing is we all had a blast!!
