Solution to my problems...
Since my parents have decided that I can't handle a Corvette :rolleyes: they are forcing me to buy a truck as a replacement. While this will require crossing over to the dark side temporarily I think I have come up with a solution. I will buy a used Ford Lightning to tool around in until after college when I can once again buy a Corvette. At that time I will be buying a C6 Vette :D So in the end I think it will all work out. :cheers:

Thats a bummer. Neither one of your parents ever had an accident? They have to understand they happen sometimes. Thats why they call them accidents! Thats why we pay for insurance... sometimes poopie happens!

The most important thing is that you are OK :smash: :smash: Looking towards the future, a Lightning is a fun truck :) go for it :D

why not get a pt cruiser. j/k hahahaha you are getting a ford. At least it will be decently fast. The only problem is they sound like crap. ill still give you rides in my car when i get it.

I don't think a Lightening is the solution. Good tires and maybe some more driving experience may have prevented the mishap :) Bad tires on any vehicle, let alone a hi performance one is not good (as you now know) :cheers:
