Default NJ Header installation HELP

I ordered a set of Hooker Header and Side pipes for my '81 from Jet Hot. I got a good deal on them(1199) BUT when I called Corvette Paramedics in NJ to get everything installed they said it was going to be between $1150-1500 for the installation. Am I missing something...but that seems kind of high.

I am in Toms River so if there are any mechnanics out there or if anyone knows a trustworthy place in my area can you please help

Thanks

Where was that offer when I just installed headers, neighboor?

Just kidding...............

That price does seem high. I was quoted around 750 for install on my C5. Corvette paramedics do a great job, and I'm not quite certain what's involved with the C3 install. Try getting some more quotes from around the country just to see if they are way out of line.

$$750??
, That's a 4 hour job

I would suggest talking to ECS for the CFNJ crew(C5/6 owners) in the future

As far as the '81, I've never turned a wrench on that vintage, not very performance orientated imho

Never asked.

With the lift I have it is a breeze to do. The C3 cars are even easier than a C5
