I tried to think of other combinations that might end with "DISS", but everything that worked for: _ _ _ _ D I S S was either illegal, immoral, or anatomically impossible.
I also did a quick check of some of the other "dis-" words:

Let's face it, Ben knows what he's doing. He's in full control of his faculties. He's may be disturbing, but I don't know that I'd consider him disturbed.
On the other hand, no one can deny that Ben likes to stir things up. Play devil's advocate. Create ripples (that's with an R, Alex). He's not evolutionary, he's a revolutionary.
People like Ben should have to warn others about their habits and inclinations. Therefore, I propose that Ben should have to have a state-issued sign on his car indicating just how dangerous he is:
