Little Texas said it best with the song "Some guys have all the luck". But in reality I gotta feel bad for the owner. Just think what this guy (or girl) has to go through to get one of those cars out of the garage!!

Being in the NY Metro area means there are a number of eclectic car collectors nearby. Right around the corner from my place is a garage and lot with a huge fence filled with common and uncommon cars. The garage is filled with at least 5 C5's of differing configurations and colors, a number of Mercedes roadsters, old and new, an MG-TC, a couple Rolls, and something that I think is a 60's Aston.
Outside are about 3 more C4's, a couple C3's, some more Mercedes coupes and sedans, Non-descript beemers, a bunch of everyday American metal, and some pickup trucks. I think I saw a couple ricers mixed in the mot too.
Out in front are always a number of unmarked cop cars.
I was really intrigued, so one day I popped my head in and asked one of the guys working on one of the Corvettes.
Movie and TV show rentals. Some movie producer needs a BMW 5 series for a character playing a doctor? This firm provides it. Two guys racing a Subaru and Vette on a lonesome road? They've got it. 3 or 4 cop cars to shut em down? Yup, he's got those too.
For the cop cars and taxis they just do custom vinyl appliques. And for cars they don't have, they hunt them down and either buy them or rent them from the owners.
Being in the NE is pretty cool. About the only other place a company like this could exist would be California.
