I scheduled a street tune with ECS a few weeks ago, and yesterday drove the car down for my appointment. Needless to say, after some testing, they figured out I had a walking balancer - probably from a previous shop not doing all the right things after a cam install. Long story short, my belt shredded and they found the issue. In short order, they had the car on a lift and corrected the issue. Being 2 hours from home, and having my 7 y/o daughter with me, I really appreciated how fast they helped me out. Not every shop will do that! A class act all the way around. The tune is top notch too - I dropped off the daughter and did some testing
I installed my Vortech 3.6 pulley yesterday and I have an appointment scheduled with Doug on July the 19th. Hell I think half the MD MESV gang is coming up just to see the shop.
I have always heard nothing but great things from those guys I look forward to meeting them.

I have never heard anything bad about ECS BUT lets NOT give them fat heads until we have finished with all our mods . On a serious note , we in the NE are fortunate to have several GOOD shops to choose from ECS certainly is one of them

In all my experiences, I've only had one bad egg and they're out of biz anyway. Lots of good options.

Thanks again guys and I'll be back for more.
It was my pleasure! Thanks for the business
Good thing that balancer didn't walk out on the turnpike just prior to getting to us! I would not want to be on the side of the highway, and with my daughter especially!

I think we are going to have to make an event out of it!

Dont worry about that, I get a car every now and then that keeps me humble, and reminds me why everyone doesn't do this.

With all due respect, ECS is a working shop. Not a store or an active place to hang out. If u want to sit down, u should probably bring your own chair. Have Fun

I think bringing a crew of MD people with him is called exposure but I might be mistakin
Thats the kind of service they're known for, as well as the top notch mechanics. I dropped my car off with a blown engine on a Sunday night, the following Tuesday, I picked it up with a new forged 402, dynoe sheet sitting on the seat, tuned and ready to go. as far as the 19th, if I'm around, I'm in.
