Hows my wash bay coming along? You got that foundation dug yet. Don't forget to lay the pipe for the radiant heat in the floor before you pour the pad. ;)

Contractor is holding it off till next week. He didn't want the foundation open over the weekend with the pending weather. I predicted this, that as soon as I was all set to go the weather would turn to winter :yesnod:

Did you draw the plans up yourself? Or have a professional architect do them? I am contemplating doing same thing in the Spring. Maybe add some living space over it also. :cheers:

Did them myself with help from my brother who is a builder. I actually used Excel. I'd be happy to send you the file, email me if you want it.

I saw his plans. They were really done well. He mocked it up in an old shoe box... lotsa tape and brightly colored construction paper... used matchboxes to hold space for the cars... it was really precise! Untill the cat knocked it off the counter. now he's workin from memory. :D
