Anyone use gas from BJ's Wholesale in their Vette
They have good prices, about $0.30 cheaper than everyone else. Anyone using it?

Been in the refining business all my life. Gas is gas. If you are worried about not having the additives that majors put in their gas, just throw a bottle of Techron in the tank every couple months.
The key thing is NEVER buy any gas when the transport is unloading, it stirs up the rust and sediment in the bottom of the storage tank and you pump it right into your tank.
I buy off brands all the time, it all comes from the same place in your area, less the additives. Never had a problem.

Got a BJ's about two miles from my house but never bought premium gas for the Vette. I can usually find 93 octane for the same price or less closer to home.

The store manager should know whose blend is delivered to his or her fuel island. Recently a Sam's Club opened a fuel island here and I called to find out whose fuel is being used at their store. The manager was able to tell me not only that the product was Exon/Mobil, but even where it came from (the Valero refinery in a neighboring community.) Knowing that Exon/Mobil is NOT a top tier motor fuel I'll continue to use Shell coming from a station in my area at a few cents a gallon more in price.

Same applies to Costco gas - I've used it without incident. They even advertise that their gas includes the detergent additives used by the major oil companies. So keep in mind, a Z06 is still a Chevy.

Shell's credit card charges no yearly fee and credits you back with 5% of your gas purchases, making it very competitive against generic stations.
Shell is a Top Tier gasoline with outstanding detergents.

its only 92 octane for Super in most areas, and sometimes only 91!!
Other stations are 93 for super, which is whatyour engine wants.
Not too mention the cleaning additives arent generally present.
I'll take my BP/Ammoco first choice every time.
