It bugs me...
To see so many 'vettes just sitting in driveways or off to the side of garages and not driven... My neighbor up the road has a C3 which hasn't moved in 5 years. I offered to help him get it going and even offered my garage space for working on it, but it still just sits. Sad. I live in a small town and there are at least 4 'vettes that don't get driven at all. it bugs me....

People lose interset in restorations, and run out of money. I have a C3 thats 90%complete, its been that way since I bought my Z back in 03.
Agree. There's a faaded out black early C4 1/4 mile up the street from me that sits in the grass under the tree. It gets driven rarely. If it were a little newer (later L98 or early LTx) I'd like to buy it for a track car.
I know exactly what you mean about this. I work with a guy who has a 59 with a power top that is completely restored. It has 1700 ORIGINAL MILES. Yes, that's right. He bought it and restored it, and it only has that many miles. I have known him for about 4 years now, and i think he has driven it about 3 times. His brother has a 64 vert, and a 66 big block that are both restored, and NEVER DRIVEN. I guess they just stare at them in the garage, and pleasure themselves at the "idea" of driving them.

Ask the brothers if they are interested in selling them. I'd come down to take a look.
