As i said from the get go i am probably going to sell it and pocket the cash...should pull in a good $20,000 over sticker... that was my origional intention by ordering the car after trying unsucessfully to buy a 2001 m3 at a price anywhere near sticker... But unless i get what i want for the car i will take delivery drive it for 500 miles and sell it as new...

Robetti- what did you not get about MrViperGTS's post?
You will have to pay sales tax on the car twice if your friend is going to transfer to you, in addition to the luxury and gas guzzler tax. After all that, you would have to sell the car for way over $90k, even $100k to make a profit worth all of the effort. :bs
