Thank for posting the awesome pics Pat, it was great meeting you today.
1996Z15, it was great meeting you as well, glad you finally got to race your car.
As for me, I had a pretty good day racing. My first run was a 12.6, then a 12.5, then a 12.6. But I finished off my day strong with a 12.393 at 114.53. Not the personal best I was hoping for, but not bad considering the unseasonal heat.

Didn't they run a gamblers race???????
If so how did you guys do. I hope you all just didn't make sometime runs and go home. :D

How was the trip home?

There's always next week

How was the trip home?
Ride home wasn't too bad, thankfully traffic was very light. Only took about 2:45 minutes. I did almost 6 hours of driving today, only 48 seconds of which was spent racing!
1996Z15, im gald we convinced you to race....told ya itd be a good time  just hope ya dont catch the bug cause then youll be there every other weekend like some.
Mark(X-Otic), im gonna have to take sides with pat and dave here....gotta run that bad boy Slowtera, i mean Pantera :D
Redgar....you got some good R/T's there. Would it **** you off if i told you i got a .517 :D I wont sat what my other was
Frank, Edgar, and Bill"Y" i promise next time ill bring my radio so i dont make any more wrong turns....LoL and what happened....i thoguht we were going to the turnpike or 95...out of nowhere i saw you guys turn
As far as my runs, i did horrible...started out with a 13.1@106 bogging off the line and bouncing off the rev limiter in 3rd thinking i would ride it out through the traps:rolleyes: . My next run i bogged even worse and ran a 13.4@106. and my last run i missed second gear and ran a 13.9@103....seems like a case of bad driving to me
It was great to meet those of you I have not before! Definitely was a great day for racing even though it didnt allow for many runs, or good ones for that matter, but was good to be out there hanging out with everyone.
Chris

Mackey, I ran a 12.42 or something with a 1.74 then two 12.66 with 1.87 and 1.88 and then after a 2 and a half hour wait for an oil down, a 12.62 on a 1.97. The 60's were off a little with two bogs and a big spin but other than that, I think I would have run right about what I ran the last time at the track in December.
Gamblers maybe next time.
