Awesome pic. Can't wait until my son is helping me with the cars......although I've got quite a wait, he's only 2 mos old.

Those tiny hands might be of use. Looks pretty happy to be helping grandpa.

When I was 3 years old my father got me involved with various repairs to the house and cars, handing him tools and holding the flashlight or drop light. He always got mad with the light because I would hold it so I could see what he was doing and not so he could see.
To this day I still do the same thing when helping him.

As far as the time flying, yeah it does.. just the other day I noticed how Addison seems to literally change overnight one night.

That's a great picture. There is nothing better then sharing your hobby with a little one.
My Daughter was about two years old when I restored my 68 GTO. She is going to be 12 this summer. She enjoyed the weekly visits to the body shop to check on the car's progress, spent many a day and evening in the garage with me when I was putting it back together, and claims she still remembers it.

'Cause we find sitting on the tire with the motor running rather enjoyable.

Finally, a mechanic that has hands small enough to reach back and get that last spark plug out and feed spark plug wires thru....
Cute little guy, great pic.

Cool! Pretty soon you'll have to give him some polish and a cloth and let him do his thing...

Great pic, John.
My son helped me install my rear widebody fenders last year.
He loves to help with the car, just as long as he doesn't want to do it for a living, like his old man.

Don't feel bad Marc, my son was all set to go to Cecil County Dragway with me last Friday, but ditched me at the last minute...for a girl, lol.
I laid the guilt trip on him good.
My wife asked me if my feelings were hurt, and I said "Naw, I woulda done the same thing at his age."
LOL
