subject: [ner solo] 2009 registration now open and changes made to registration process

spring is finally here and that means the 2009 ner solo racing season is
just around the corner. With the first event less than a month away, it's time to start getting ready. All of the events for the 2009 season are now posted on axware and open for online registration and you can register for any or all of the events now. The novice school, coming up next month, will be posted within the next week. All the online registration links for the rest of this year’s events can be found on the 2009 ner solo calendar:

http://www.ner.org/solo/events/2009

as for registration, there have been some major changes made for 2009 to help make our events run more smoothly. By registering online, we can plan out the work/run groups ahead of time. This will allow most of the sunday morning planning to be done in advance, thus saving time. The more time we save in event setup, the more runs everyone gets. In order to achieve this, we need to have as many people as possible register online for the event.

There will be only 20 spaces available for same day registration, and these drivers will have to pay the standard registration fee rather than the discounted pre-registration fee. The online registration process is very simple and takes just a few minutes to complete. If you do not want to register via the axware website and paypal, you will have the option to fill out a registration form and mail your payment in. Since not everyone can register ahead of time, there will still be an option to do so the day of the event.

All this information is also located on the ner solo webpage:

http://www.ner.org/solo/registration

if you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me at
soloreg@ner.org.

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone out there this year. Thanks.
