Depending on what you have in the car, and what you want to do, any of these places will be far superior to your experience at a dealer.
However, if you're under warranty, or just looking for basic maintenance such as an oil change or something like this, there are a few dealers around who are good. Defelice is one place several people really like further south, and in North Jersey, I've had good experience at Konner Chevrolet in Caldwell.

It might help if you filled out your profile a bit more. You don't mention what year car, or any mods you have, or what town you are near. I was going to mention the places Josh mentioned here too, with the addition of :

already has an intake, corsa exhaust, and hurst shifter
i want to add obx headers and get a good dyno tune done.
also want to have plugs and wires changed.

Any of the shops mentioned can do this for you, but it depends on whether you're in North, South Jersey, or close to the GWB to make sense as to which place is easier to get to.
