So Barry, being the great guy that he is, let me have his car to play with this week......but of course gave it to me in classic "Barry Condition". Now I'm no waxer by any stretch of the imagination, but no way was I driving that car looking the way it did
So I decided to put my favorite detailing products to the test. I started out with a car that was barely discernible as red and had a finish that would leave scrapes on your skin with race rims that I wouldn't even store in the mud
So I accepted the challenge and pitted my Adam's products against Barry's car........here's the before and after
Before (even the water didn't want to touch this thing)
After!!!! (Notice the car is actually Torch Red now!)(And the finish is as smooth as glass!)
Thanks for letting me use the car Barry......it's MUCH faster with a smooth clean finish....air just flows right over it
You should have just taken it to one of those hand car wash places where the illegals work
Ordinarily I'd agree with you (ok, maybe not ) but no illegal was getting that car as good as I did. That's a complete wash, clay bar, compounding, polishing, waxing, glazing and detail spray!
Then I took it out and drove the **** out of it the past two days
The Corvette Gods are pleased. No one should allow their car to be seen in public like that. (unless it just won the Cannonball run or something similar!) Nice job "restoring" it.
Anytime you're ready.......$200 or full use of the car for a week

I can't even count the number of really nice restaurants he's taken me to, plus he shares his car with me so this was to do something nice for him since the most expensive restaurant I could take him to is McDonald's
