C5 custom rollbars may be available......
I spoke to Leo from "Neverlift Motorsports" ( http://www.neverliftmotorsports.com ) about doing bars for the C5's. He is considering the idea, and maybe even taking multiple orders. IF more then one car was being done he could consider working with the customer. He will be building his first bar in a couple of weeks (for one of the Corvette Challenge racers) and if you are interested you may want to contact him.

After seeing Mackeys, this guy is more than qualified. Very clean install with nice workmanship.
I'm sure He'll work with us C4 guys to construct one that is legal and still allows top stowage.

Dennis that is good news. You folks going out there and modifiying your car to run 11's need to get your rollbar put in to run in the Cartek Corvette Challenge. It is not too late to get one installed before our first race. See http://www.corvettechallenge.info for full schedule and rules.

Chris...give him a call and ask him if you can get set up with him. His first car will be in on March 4th, and if you give him a deposit I think he will "adjust" the cost...but that is totally up to him of course.

Dennis, this guy is right by me right? When I seen Mackey's bar the first night he came out last season, I remember him saying he's in Woodbridge / Edison area, right ?

One thing you must remember a 5 point roll bar is only good to 11.00!!
10.99 or faster you'll need a 8 point cage.

It does not say anything about sub 11.00 needing a cage?

I thought that with a stock floor pan you were good up to 10.0

so in summary, a stock bodied car with a 5 point rollbar is good to 10.99 or slower or less than 135mph.
