You might try Jack's Alignment in Shamong, NJ, about 10 minutes from Atco Dragstrip or about a hour from you in Old Bridge. They've done a lot of Corvette 2 and 4 wheel alignments, including work for a number of local Vette shops and NCRS cars. The number is 609-654-8287.
By the way, I haven't heard from him, so I guess your dad received the seat acorn nuts he ordered from me at the E-town Show and Go.

No farther from you than ECS is from us. Just sayin' that sometimes what is less convenient to us IS worth the extra effort in the end product. It seems to me the predominate choice of shop suggestions here is obvious. Most of us that spend the time and money (and trust!) to have the suspension set to specs or have a tech that knows his or her stuff really can't feel right taking this job to Pep Boys or whatever, and it's not a question of price either, but more a question of getting what you pay for. I would just take a guess (it's proven itself to me) that the biggest number of chassis alignment locations out there are hiring so, so techs that may, or may not know what they are doing to the specs of a car/truck that rolls into their shop. I'd rather spend my money on a job done to the best of my ability, than have someone set the car up that I'll enjoy at speed with tires that cost what they do. This isn't an attack, or a sales pitch, but rather a "do it right or don't do it at all" suggestion. If someone needs a help with transportation or direction? It's right here for the asking. These cars don't take to being wrenched on by the incompetent, and finding people that know them and are fair in pricing is an acquired knowledge base learned from other experiences shared by others. The cars that we all love here demand proper attention, and that comes with a price both in money spent, and effort applied. I've had my cars to both Jack's Alignment in Shamong,NJ and Phoenix Performance in Pennsylvania and 'am quite happy with both shops work. My opinion is that Phoenix in Palm,Pa is more a purists shop and has very good knowledge of what we need in suspension equipment and spec settings for performance cars (they tune Formula cars) and would give a Corvette owner the best bang for the buck at the cost of a longer drive to reach them. The best of luck with wherever you chose. If you find folks that meet the task closer to Central Jersey I'd ask you to share your experience with the rest of us here and maybe we'll add a new name to the list of competent frame shops in the area.
