How much for Fall/Winter Storage?
My buddy is looking to do something with his recently renovated large industrial size truck garage, one of the ideas he has is some type of car Fall/Winter storage (possibly year round aswell).
Its clean, heated, power for trickle chargers and he is considering installing a lift/tools so maintanence items can be taken care of (by the owner or by a mechanic). Will be limited to say 6 - 8 cars. Easy access off of I-95 or the Hutch/Merrit parkways
For those of you storing cars, how much is the norm per month? would something like this set up appeal?

My son is storing his show truck in a well built secure garage for $400. This runs from Nov1 to April 15. The garage has 6 big bays about 38' deep.
This place was built for a man that had a lot of toys, but has since died. The family takes off Nov2 for Florida and does not return till Mid April. My son knows there is no way to get his truck out till then. There are some nice cars in there also and an expensive boat!
