Default Pumpkin Run Car Show

Any one in southern jersey know anything about the pumpkin run car show? It is held in an old junk yard that has cars from the 20s, 30s and 40s. I am going 11/7 and don't know anything about it. Any one going?

It's only about 30-45 minutes from me and I've never been. I know alot of people who've been and rave about it. Nice size swap meet, though not just car parts, arts and crafts and lots of other stuff. The show has all kinds of "things" in it; stock and modified cars, street rods, trucks, military vehicles, tractors, hit and miss engines, etc... Don't ask me why, but I think I'll be going to the swap meet in Conn. at Thompson Speedway that weekend instead. I mean what the heck, why go to a show 45 minutes away when I can go to one 5 hours away!

Wow! I can remember (I think!) of attending this swap meet in Connecticut back in the '70s and although I only went the once, I was blown away with what was available with everything from narrowed Olds rears for dragster chassis, blowers, fuel injection setups, Halibrand wheels, Quick change rears, top fuel rollers, a slew of early Hemi stuff, light weight fenders, doors, etc. All the real McCoy. I'd love to go, but life is taking all the time away anymore (and I'm retired!). PLEASE take your camera, and post pics.

We went a few years ago and thought it was pretty neat! Big crowd and lots of cool cars and stuff to look at.
You'll have a great time!
