LR just announced that there will be a Corvette Corral for the July 23-24 ALMS race. eMail I got from them stated that details are being worked out & I presume will eventually get posted to the LR website. That's always been a fun event (including the parade laps) & the drive up thru rural NY into CT is great.
Sounds like fun... Are there any formal registrations?
You'll need to call them to purchase corral tickets. Weekend tickets are 80 bucks plus 5 more for the corral. They also may have the catered lunch option for additional $$ per day. If you don't want the catered kunch there are food vendors on site or you can bring your lunch with you. We stoped at the Mountainside Cafe in the past on Route 7. I tried to get them on the phone today and the phone was disconnected. They may be closed for the winter or (I hope not) out of business. Great sandwiches at a reasonable price. Note: I called a contact in the area and she said that the inn has been closed for some time now with a problem with their septic system. Not sure when they will reopen. Another place for take out sandwiches i LaBonnes in Salisbury. http://www.labonnes.com/

Once Lime Rock has the event up on their website (www.limerock.com) you'll be able to get tickets for the ALMS & the corral on-line. As of this morning (Feb 22) still listed as "details coming".....keep checking back.
