Yes, some of the classes have a payout for winning the eliminator.
Gamblers on Friday nights pays out to the top four. How much depends on how many are in it.

I made a small fortune, of course I started with a large one :(
All kidding aside yes you can win $$ but it takes skill & some LUCK thrown in.. I won $$ in Gamblers this past Fri.. On Sat if I won I could have made $500... but I would have had to win 7 or 8 rounds of racing to get it.. & I couldn't get passed the first.. :(
