Possible run/bar-b-que
As many of you might know, last year John Romano passed away from a very sudden illness. For those who don't know, John was the shop foreman at ECS. He leaves behind a wife and two very young children. We're in the pre-planning stages of holding/having an annual memorial event. We're thinking some sort of bar-b-que, with some nice runs around the S. Jersey area. Lots of open roads through farmland and cranberry bogs. nothing is planned yet, but I'm hoping to be able to gage an interest with this post so food/drinks/ and runs can be estimated. You do not need to be an ECS customer to attend, just be a decent human being, and a vette enthusiast. So post up if you might be interested. This will be held on a Saturday, not sure of the date yet. Thanks for your interest.

A while ago one of our racers passed suddenly at Etown and we did a benefit for him where donations went to his childs education fund. And there were memorial stickers made up to show your support etc...
Maybe something like that would be helpful to his family as well. Afterall we are all corvette family and should take care of our own
