The games was to be postponed till Monday because of heavy snow, but the Vikings stadium roof has just collapsed, game has been cancelled. No new game date yet. Good thing for the Giants, the Vikings would have won.

WOW, I saw pics on TV of the Giants stranded in a KC Airport. That's quite a turn of events with the roof collapsing.
Good it happened when it did and not during the game...
I hope they find a venue to play the game in sometime Monday.
The Giants need the win, and the Eagles need to lose to the Cowboys. The clock is ticking.
Just saw on Fox that the game will be played in Detroit tomorrow night.
I wonder what happens with the tickets. If I had the time and the chance for a reasonably priced ticket, I wouldn't mind hopping on a quick flight to Detroit.
From USA Today: Fox will carry the postponed Vikings game, which will be played in Detroit Monday starting at 7 p.m. ET. For contractual reasons meant to protect ESPN's Monday Night Football, the Giants-Vikings games will only be shown in the teams' home markets. To replace the postponed Viking game at 1 p.m. ET today, the New York and Twin Cities will get Green Bay-Detroit on Fox.
you guys see the video of the roof collapsing? pretty crazy.
If i was in that area I would definitely try to get in to the game if admission was free!!
LETS GO GIANTS
That video was wild. I never realized the roof was just a big balloon.
I would think about trying to get in if I were there. Then again, sometimes you get what you pay for. I know that the worst day to go to the Bronx Zoo was always free day. There's a good chance that free day at a football game in Detroit could get ugly too.
I'm a Giant fan, but I also pull for the Jets in the regular season. I have a friend who is a die-hard Jets fan. I told him last year that the Jets needed a more seasoned QB, I said it again at the start of this season. I thnk he is starting to agree with me.
BTW: Here is my 10 year old son ith a NY Jets Super Bowl ring from Super Bowl III.
It belongs to John Schmidt. We met him the other night, and he was a real nice guy. He didn't hesitate to let me son see the ring and try it on.
I think the roof collapse was the Lord's way of telling Farve to retire already. I also think last nights game was the Lord's way of telling the Vikings coaching staff that Tavaris Jackson isn't the answer.
