I have a slow leak and need to get it fixed. The Goodyear tire shop near m house doesn't work on Corvettes. Go figure.
Does anyone know a shop in the Woodbridge area? I work near Jersey City/Newark. Any shop from Central to N. Jersey will do. Thanks.

Problem may be that they've had problems in the past with their lifts & low clearance on the Vettes. Whenever I've needed a tire repair in the past & presuming I wasn't on the road someplace, I've pulled the wheel myself & taken it to the shop. Might be worthwhile to ask if they will work on it if you just bring in the wheel & tire.

If you've had chrome wheels for a few years they are probably flaking/pitting. Your tire is OK but the seat between the tire and the wheel is not good, hence, the leak.
They will have to remove the tire, snooth out the rim, put alot of gupe aroung the rim and put back the tire. That should fix the tire for many months, until it gets cold again.
