Thursday night meets
The streets of downtown Glen Cove, Long Island will be closed down every Thursday night for the city's "Cruise Night".
The cruise night is run by the local volunteer fire dept and they ask a $5 donation. Downtown Glen Cove has quite a few nice restaurants with outdoor seating, Starbucks, and bars that is should make for some fun evenings.
Hope to see some fellow vettes there...

right off glen cove road. you can make a right turn just past metropolitan and/or make right at end (fire station), then right into town past movie theatre. that whole section should be roped off.

unfortunately i am out for a few more weeks (kids sports/dance recital/...) on thursday evenings.
saying that, there is a bunch of other guys meeting over at Martino Auto Concepts (108 Glen Cove Avenue) at around 6pm and are driving over together. Joe and Jon run the place.

next week i am there for sure. just heard a rumor they are going to have something extra going on to try and draw a bigger croud...will advise more when i get further details. need a big vette showing!
