It would be more alluring if he built a road course on the property for owners to drive their cars. It makes more sense to me to build your dream garage on your own property.

Could never have that in NJ. All those mods inside the garage would have zoning and building departments in an uproar.

thats probably the case in most places....EPA and drains in garage space dont work well together.....unless you have some reclaimation tanks and filter in place....which would compound the price allot

That IS very cool Frank. This is what New Jersey Motorsports Park had in their goal when the track was first promoted where owners of track cars would store their cars in the members garages, fly in to their on track condos, attend track events/races then fly back home. But that all has been stalled a bit until the economy rebounds.
