Well it finally happened...
We found a house :D :D :D As long as all goes well, closing date is June 25th.
You are all more than welcome to come join me in some farewell burnouts in front of the neighbor's house, who have made my life absolutely miserable the last year and a half.

After dealing with these people for 18 months, I should be declared a Saint. I couldn't even pick up dog poop in the backyard without them spying on me and having something to say.

If you do have forced air, then adding central A/C is a breeze.
