Default Well it finally happened...

We found a house :D :D :D As long as all goes well, closing date is June 25th.
You are all more than welcome to come join me in some farewell burnouts in front of the neighbor's house, who have made my life absolutely miserable the last year and a half.
Oh yay :D

Thanks:)
After dealing with these people for 18 months, I should be declared a Saint. I couldn't even pick up dog poop in the backyard without them spying on me and having something to say.
Maybe now Sean's car will finally get back to the track :D

Mike- what happened to that house in Cherry Hill? Did the deal fall through? That looked like an awesome place... sorry to hear it didnt work out:(

Ellis, gee thanks for the info, you are such a humanitarian   The house has no central air as of now, is that a big project to eventually set that up?

If you have radiator or baseboard heat, or do not have forced hot air (blows thru ducts), then yes adding central A/C can be a major project, since we need to add duct work.
If you do have forced air, then adding central A/C is a breeze.
Let me know.
