Harry Einar Liljeroos, 86, of Whiting, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, he lived in Brooklyn, NY until he moved to Whiting 10 years ago. He was a Fireman with the New York City Fire Department, New York , NY for 22 years, retiring in 1983. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a U.S. Coast Guard veteran. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Beatrice; one son, William; one brother, William and two grandchildren, Michael and Thomas. Interment will be 12:30 p.m., Monday, February 27th at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
Be at peace with Linda (sparkieee) and Mom (Beatrice is our step mother)
