Saw a good looking dark green C5 coupe just the other day passing by the road that goes under the GW bridge, it had a BIG ol' hood and a wing in the back, lowered, pretty sharp looking vette. Anybody here the proud owner of that car? I was on my road bike and happened to be sitting there & saw it go by.
Hey if you guys ever see a cyclist headed up or back route 9W waving & giving the thumbs up at Vette drivers (which I always do--and as yet, nobody has waved back, sadly), that'll be me. I've seen several Vettes lately as the weather gets warmer. Older guy in a MY/black 'vert cruising down 9W just past Alpine the other day. Also a guy in my neighborhood (upper east side) that has a black 'vert w/jersey plates. Seen that a bunch.
OH YES! there's a body shop just out of Piermont, in Sparkill on route 340 that always has something going on with Vettes in there. Nice black 'vert out front all the time too. Anybody know anything about that shop?
