Does anyone know where I can purchase and have installed in my 2009 near Bel Air, MD?

You can probably get one at a Chevy dealer. I got mine from a member selling it in C6 parts section ( that's where I'd look). If you want to pay retail, there are several manufacturers who make and sell them to the public. Look in MidAmerica's catalogue for listings of various companies who make them.
Any Vette shop or regular muffler shop should be able to install it easily.Get a "Controler in a box" with a key fob to activate it.

no need for 'controller in a box' when you have NPP from the factory

I sell the original M2W switches, I can walk you through it over the phone, takes a few minutes
