The latest is scheduled for Saturday, June 30th at 8:30 AM at Chatham High School Parking lot. 255 Lafayette Ave. Chatham NJ. It breaks up by noon so it still leaves you plenty of time to do other things. If you've never attended, the turnout is diverse including everything from model Ts and VWs to Lamborghinis. Performance cars are abundant with Vettes being outnumbered by Porsches and Ferraris. The last one had over 200 cars attending. Keep in mind, no food or bathrooms available and since this is a residential neighborhood PLEASE no automotive displays. Nobody will be impressed. In fact they will be quite annoyed as it ruins our relationship with the community which is necessary to be able to hold these meets.

Went there today (June 30) for the first time in a long time.Kind of disappointed. A bunch of cars in a high school parking lot. What I was kind of afraid of happening , seems to have happened. The original C&C at the Chatham Bakery lot had so much of a different personna to it. The cars that showed up like the Stanley Steamer, classic Bentlys, older Ferraris, etc., seem to have gone. Yes, there were a few MGB's, and a smattering of older vettes, a Kaiser Darin, but the event seems to have lost it's way.
I spoke with several folks about their cars, and everyone was just as knowledgable and friendly as before, but it just isn't the same.

Take in to consideration the heat this morning. It's still been really good in my opinion, today was a small showing but it was damn hot!

I'll take your word on it, but there were plenty of other cars there despite the heat, even a group of Porsche and BMW folks from PA. They showed up with the BMW B7 Alpina, Porsche Turbo, and the Cayman R. I almost got a Cayman S, but I wanted a vert, so I ended up with another vette. Couldn't afford a newer Porsche vert, and didn't want one made before 2009 because of the IMS problems.
