special organization plates
I was looking at antique plate rules and remembered the special club plates that Pennsylvania allows. They have 'em for everything from Mercedes Club of America to yacht clubs. None for corvettes. You could totally create one. I would do it myself but I need antique plates so I can't even participate.

Keystone State Corvette Club has their own plate, it's on the list.
