Question for New Yorkers
Do I need proof of NYS DOT to get an In-transit permit? I'm having a car shipped to the Queenston Lewiston bridge and then importing it into Canada. TIA

If I'm reading that correctly, you can only get a NYS in-transit permit if you bought the vehicle in NYS.

If I'm reading that correctly, you can only get a NYS in-transit permit if you bought the vehicle in NYS.
