Great Service at Criswell in Gaithersburg
I took my Carbon Z in for an oil change and an inquiry into a voice-recognition issue (Nav) and was very happy on how they treated my car and accommodated all of my peculiar requests: Oil Analysis Sampling, replace plugs with magnetic drain plugs, lube end links, etc.
I brought my own oil in and they barely charged me anything for the labor.
Thanks again to Dina (service writer) and Marcus, the Corvette tech.

Say hi to Mike Furman while you're in there, a Forum vendor who has sold 3,000 Corvettes.

As a two and a half year follow up, I wanted to reaffirm how awesome this place is. I drive over an hour to get here passing several dealers on the way. At Criswell, I find accommodation and competence. I know I'm in good hands and get the honest truth. They took care of me just this week, making me walk out with a smile.

Safety Car
Bought mine there, never used their service department, but got SCREWED by their sales staff, called my wife names on the phone, and refused to refund my money on what they said was a GM extended warranty, but I later found out that it wasn't and the only place the warranty was good was at Criswell's. After several nasty phone calls and threats, I got a full refund. If I didn't want my car so much, it would have gone back as well.

I was there last summer and was satisfied with the service. It was pricey, but I don't know if the same service would have been any cheaper elsewhere. I did buy tires elsewhere, though, because I had a club discount that helped.
