Started my engine swap tonight
As most of you saw, I am selling my '72 GS but nobody was really interested. So, I am installing the rebuilt 455 that I had lying around to make the deal more interesting. I started at about 6:30 tonight, by 9:45 the old engine was out, all the accessories were swapped and the new frame mounts were installed. I will resume in the morning, with any luck the car will be on a shakedown run by noon. Hopefully I can get the car sold with the correct motor in there.....Of course, I'll have to make a few passes at e-town before she goes though :D

Thats cool artie. Now all we gotta do is get you to fix my clutch. :lol: If your busy tomorrow and can't get to it cause of your engine swap thats no problem. I'm not in much of a rush to get this done anymore. Its been broken for like 3 weeks now so whats another couple of days. Take me when your ready.
