Default Bought my first Corvette :)

I just picked up a 2008 C6 auto, Orange, 26,000 miles. I'm sure I will have a ton of questions.

Congrats! In my opinion, you bought the best color ever put on a Vette! You'll find lots of helpful/knowledgeable people on the forum, so don't be shy to put your questions out there. But first, read the manual!

(I'm jealous of all you guys with Atomic Orange paint because I searched for almost a year and couldn't find one that would work for me when I was a buyer. I bought a Crystal Red Metallic.)

I got it from a dealer and the manual was missing. Sucks, I didn't realize how much they were going for on ebay >

Congratulations! My first color choice would also be Atomic Orange, but I wanted a Grand Sport

I wanted a GS too, but this deal was too good to pass up. I may look into a wide body kit for it.

I don't know a lot about the car yet. I think one of the first things I'm going to do is change the radio.

I'm also not sure if its Daytona orange or atomic orange?

Congratulations and welcome to the community of passionate (and some might say obsessive) Corvette owners. Good luck and enjoy the ride.

Congrats on the new Vette. Get out and enjoy it. Check out the dyno-day post and join in on the fun. Let's baseline what you have.

fyi, '08 came in Atomic Orange. Check the color code. Should be 83. Should be on your glove box door.

The Dyno Day at Slowhawk Performance? Don is a friend of mine. He did the tune on my 2000 Camaro SS.

Congrats on your find, another nice low mileage car Evidently you've already been bitten by the "mod bug". Hold on to your wallet!!!

Also you are now required to wave at every other Vette you see or else...

Yeah, Camaro has more money in mods than I bought the car new for. or at least close. Sucks the Vette seems slow compared to the SS. Looking at doing turbo or supercharger this time. I need to do more research first.
